Two FBI agents killed in Florida, three injured: US. Two FBI agents, who took a search warrant to a home in South Florida, US, died in an encounter there and three agents were injured.

A suspected accused was also killed in this firing. Officials gave this information. The incident occurred when a team of law enforcement officials tried to conduct a search in a child abuse case at a Sunrise home in Florida.

The FBI said that the team reached there on a search operation after receiving news of a suspected case of exploitation of children.

The condition of the two injured agents is currently stable, while the third does not require hospitalization. In this regard, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said that President Joe Bide will give a briefing on the matter.

FBI Director Christopher Wray identified the dead agents as Daniel Alfin and Laura Schwartzenberger and praised their courage.

FBI Special Agent Michael D. Leverock said the suspect was also killed in the shootout, which remained hidden inside the house for some time.

Leverock said the agents arrived there on a federal search warrant in a case of violent crimes against children.

The incident occurred around six o’clock on Tuesday morning after which a large number of police forces have been deployed in its vicinity.

Several law enforcement agencies gathered near the shooting site in Sunrise, Florida. Another large contingent of law enforcement officers gathered outside a hospital in Fort Lauderdale, where the victims of the shootout are admitted.

Sunrise Police Department tweeted about the deployment of the heavy police force and said that many roads in the area are closed.

Demand for FBI probe in the demolition of Gandhi statue, many US lawmakers condemned the incident.

The case of sabotage with the statue of Mahatma Gandhi in Central Park, City of Davis, North California, US, was also heard in the US Parliament.

A Congress MP of Indian origin has demanded an inquiry by the FBI into the matter. At the same time, many other MPs have condemned the incident.

Let me tell you that some unknown people vandalized a 6-foot tall bronze statue of Mahatma Gandhi weighing around 295 kg in Central Park last week. This statue was removed from the base column.

The local administration has registered a case in this case and started the investigation. Congress MP Raja Krishnamurthy said, ‘I strongly condemn this malicious act. I ask the FBI to investigate the matter.

FBI should do it from the perspective of ‘Hate Crime’ to create a rift between Indian-Americans. It is possible that this is a case of head crime.
