Unlock-3: Re-opening gyms, masks, and physical distance after four months in the country. Gyms that have been closed for four months due to Coronavirus lockdown across the country are reopening. In Assam too, the gym has started operating under the relaxation of lockdown restrictions amid the Corona epidemic.

The state government has issued guidelines regarding this. In Assam, this announcement has been made under the relaxed lockdown and unlock-3 implemented by the central government due to the corona epidemic. The opening of the gym in the state showed a lot of enthusiasm among the people.

Speaking to the leading news agency, Samir Paul, a city gym owner, said, “We are grateful to the government that finally they issued orders to relax the lockdown restrictions.” We are very excited today that people are finally returning to the gym here.

Paul also said that the equipment kept in the gym is constantly being cleaned. He also said that masks are mandatory for entering the gym and physical distance is being strictly followed. He also said that although the government has not issued any specific orders regarding this, we still feel that these measures are paramount. This will help ensure the safety of all.

Nipon Deka, a customer who came to the gym, said it’s nice to be back here. The gym was closed for about 4 months. Now it feels fine when I come here. Now we will try to lose weight by sweating in the gym in the coming months.

Gym and Yoga Center will open in Punjab from August 5

The Punjab government has given permission to open the Gym and Yoga Center in Unlock 3.0 from August 5. Hotels and restaurants will also be open till ten o’clock at night. Following the new instructions of the Union Home Ministry, the State Government has issued a new notification on Friday.
