US claims Russia is running a separate government in Kharkiv. The war between Russia and Ukraine continues for the 140th day.

The Russian army fired three missiles at the 5th floor of an apartment in Chasiv Yar city of Donetsk, eastern Ukraine, late Saturday. 15 people died in the attack.

According to media reports, more than 24 people are trapped under the debris. Rescue operation is going on.

At the same time, according to the American news website, Russia wants to separate the city of Kharkiv from Ukraine. 30 percent of Kharkiv city has already come under Russian occupation.

A few days ago, a new public administrative system has been created in Kharkiv separate from Ukraine. A separate flag of Kharkiv is also hoisted in these areas.

Parents living in areas such as Kherson and Zaporizhzhya are being threatened with parental rights if they do not take Russian passports and send their children to pro-Russian schools.

Parents and teachers say they are being blackmailed into cooperating with these schools in the coming academic year.

Ukrainians in Russian-held areas have been cut off from internet and cellular service providers and from outside media.

The US claims Russia is running a separate government: Russian soldiers are burning Ukrainian history books. Schools are teaching children to hate Ukraine.

It is being told in the lessons of history that Ukraine is to blame for starting the current war.

To buy gas from Russia, Germany wanted back the turbines from Canada. Canada has given the approval to return it. Between Germany and Russia, the Nord Stream 1 gas pipeline will start.

This turbine is essential for this pipeline. Due to this deal, relations between Germany and Ukraine are getting worse.

Luhansk governor Serhiyi Haidai said the situation in the Donbas is dire because of Russian forces.

After the capture of Lysychansk, some analysts had predicted that Russian forces would regroup after a brief pause. Despite this, no such announcement was made from his side.
