The difference is that earlier these threats used to give protesters in the crowd, now Nihang Sikh leaders are giving it from the stage.

According to Chinmay Bishwal (spokesperson, Delhi Police), the police are constantly being instigated, but we are acting with restraint.

Evidence is being gathered against those who make inflammatory speeches.

Police and security agencies are monitoring every activity of those who deliver such speeches. Police will do their work according to law at the right time.
