Vinay Mahto Murder Case: CBI will investigate the murder of the 7th student, and takeover Vinay Mahto’s case.

Now the CBI will investigate the murder case of Vinay Mahato, a student of the famous Sapphire International School in Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand.

In fact, the CBI has taken over the student Vinay Mahto murder case.

Let us tell you, on the night of February 5, 2016, 12-year-old Vinay Mahato was murdered on the premises of Sapphire International School. Now the CBI team will investigate this murder case.

The CBI on Wednesday registered an FIR at the ACB branch in Ranchi and directed its DSP Sudhanshu Shekhar to investigate the matter.

The court of Justice Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi of Jharkhand High Court had on July 7 ordered the CBI to complete the investigation within eight months.

The murder was done on the school premises itself.

In fact, dissatisfied with the police investigation, Vinay’s father had filed a petition in the High Court demanding a CBI inquiry into the matter.

After which the High Court accepted the petition and ordered the CBI to investigate the matter.

At the same time, now the CBI has taken over the case.

Let us tell you, Vinay was a student of class VII in Sapphire International School, who was murdered on the school premises itself.

While investigating the case, the police had made Nazia Hussain, her husband Arif Ansari, son and daughter, and others accused in this case.

The father is dissatisfied with the police’s argument.

The police had found in the investigation that Vinay Mahto was related to the daughter of Nazia, for this reason, the son of Nazia had killed Vinay in anger.

At the same time, during the investigation, it was also revealed that on the day of the murder, the son of Nazia had called Vinay to eat soya-chili in the house, and during that time this incident was carried out.

However, this argument of the police and the investigation report the police could not satisfy Vinay’s father, Manbahal Mahato.

For this reason, he was constantly demanding to get the matter investigated by the CBI and the High Court accepted his application. On the same basis, the CBI has taken over this case.
