Women’s Hockey World Cup: India beat Japan 3-1, Navneet Kaur scored two goals, and know the condition of all quarters of the match
Two goals from Navneet Kaur helped the Indian women’s hockey team beat Japan 3-1 but finished in a disappointing ninth place at the FIH Women’s World Cup.
According to a news agency in Wednesday’s match, Navneet Kaur scored in the 30th and 45th minutes while Deep Grace Ace scored in the 38th minute.
Yu Asai scored the only goal for Japan in the 20th minute.

India started the match aggressively. Gurjit Kaur tried from a penalty corner to give India the lead, but Japan’s Moka Tsubouchi saved the ball from going into the goal post.
The best opportunity for the Indian team came when Navneet Kaur broke the Japanese defense and went inside the circle.
But the Japanese team defied the threat and the first quarter ended 0-0 for both teams.

India started the second quarter from where the team had left off in the first quarter.
Japan’s team managed to score the first goal through a penalty corner in the 20th minute. However, India also equalized by scoring a goal just before halftime.

The second half started with both the teams trying to keep the ball in the midfield and maintain possession.
A few minutes later, Ekka converted another penalty corner to take the lead. In the third quarter, Navneet Kaur scored her second goal of the match as India took a 3-1 lead.
In the final few minutes of the match, India held deep inside Japan’s half while Japan struggled to get the ball as India went on to win a comfortable 3-1 victory over Japan.
