Along with AI chatbots, the facility of live agent chat will be present in the Xiaomi Service Plus app.

Xiaomi’s Service Plus app launched: According to Xiaomi, app users will also be allowed to book installation and demos for the devices along with repair options.

Xiaomi Service+ app will get 24 hours customer support. With the app, users will be able to know the warranty details, service centers, and device spare part price of the Xiaomi device.

Xiaomi device users can link Xiaomi devices to the service by signing in to the Xiaomi Service+ app.

The listing for the app on Google Play shows the company’s smartphones as well as devices such as Mi Beard Trimmer, Mi TV, Mi AirPOP Mask, a USB cable.

Users will be given access to support tickets for repair and installation, which can be found in the My Requests tab.
