CM Yogi said that a CBI inquiry has been recommended for the purpose of a thorough investigation into the unfortunate incident of Hathras and all the points related to it.  The information has been given to conduct a CBI inquiry by tweeting from the Chief Minister’s Office.

The CBI inquiry ordered by the Yogi government came at a time when former Congress President Rahul Gandhi and General Secretary Priyanka Vadra had reached Hathras to meet the family of the deceased victim. The two leaders met the victim’s family here for about an hour in a closed room.

Shortly after giving information about the recommendation of the CBI investigation by the Chief Minister’s Office. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath himself tweeted that ‘the Uttar Pradesh government is investigating this case for the purpose of investigating the unfortunate incident of Hathras and all the points related to the Central Bureau of Investigation ( CBI).

We are determined to bring the harshest punishment to all those responsible for this incident. ‘ It is noteworthy that the Lucknow bench of the High Court has summoned the Additional Chief Secretary Home and other officers including DGP on October 12, taking automatic cognizance of the Hathras incident.

The court had also asked for consideration to be handed over to another investigating agency in case the case is not handled properly.

CM Yogi Adityanath in action: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is inaction regarding the Hathras incident. First, he took action against five policemen including the SP and CO of Hathras on Friday night.

On the instruction of Yogi Adityanath, five policemen were suspended including Hathras SP Vikrant Veer and the then CO Ram Shabad, guilty of negligent supervision in the incident of murder of the woman.

This action was taken on getting the first report of the SIT constituted under the chairmanship of Home Secretary Bhagwan Swarup to investigate the case. Then late Saturday evening, he recommended a CBI inquiry into the entire case.

Decision after the return of Additional Chief Secretary Home and DGP: The UP government has taken a big decision to conduct a CBI inquiry into the Hathras incident. The Home Department has started preparations to send a letter related to the CBI inquiry to the Central Government.

Additional Chief Secretary Home Avnish Kumar Awasthi and DGP Hitesh Chandra Awasthi met the victim’s family in Hathras on Saturday. Both the officers came back and informed CM Yogi in detail about all the facts that came to light in Hathras in the evening.

The woman’s family also expressed dissatisfaction with the investigation of the SIT investigating the Hathras incident. However, the family later expressed satisfaction with the action taken in front of senior officials about the case.

Satisfied with the assurance of the deceased senior officers of the deceased woman: Earlier, Additional Chief Secretary (Home) Avneesh Awasthi and Director General of Police Hitesh Chandra Awasthi arrived here on Saturday to calm the tornado over the death of the girl in Bulgadhi village of Hathras.

The deceased girl’s relatives complained about not allowing the daughter to be cremated and the police being kept at home. Swajan demanded action against the accused. The officers assured him of fair action. The relatives were also satisfied with this assurance of their relatives.

The relatives said the narco test is not necessary: the family of the deceased and the accused have created a ruckus about the narco test.

The father of the deceased woman said that there was no word from the two officials about the narco test. The girl’s brother called the test unnecessary and said “trust us, we are telling the truth, while the accused party is justifying the government’s order to conduct narco test.”

Accused Lovekush’s mother, Munni Devi, said that she was also at her farm on the day of the incident. His farm is near the woman’s farm. The woman lay unconscious in the field. There was a lot of noise. Later people took him to the hospital.

The investigation should be done under the supervision of the Supreme Court judge: The victim’s brother said in a conversation with reporters that we wanted the case to be investigated under the supervision of the Supreme Court judge, but the CBI investigation is also fine.

He said he was not satisfied with the investigation alone. Let them answer their questions. He repeated the question and said that he wanted to know whose body he was burnt. If it was the body of his sister, why was it burnt in this manner? Why did the DM misbehave with him?
