Army Commander arrived on a tour of Western Ladakh and took stock of the operational preparedness of Tiger Hill Brigade in Batalik.

Lt Gen Upendra Dwivedi, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Northern Command, visited the Batalik sub-sector of Western Ladakh on Monday to take stock of the operational preparedness of the Army.

Northern Army Commander Lt Gen Upendra Dwivedi visited forward areas in Western Ladakh in Batalik Sector and reviewed operational preparedness.

He inspired Tiger Hill Brigade to excel in all scenarios and emerge victorious.

The Army Commander, during his visit to Tiger Hill Brigade in the Batalik area of ​​Kargil district, knowing the security situation from senior officers, also encouraged the soldiers deployed in the forward areas.

In western Ladakh, the Indian Army is currently taking strict vigil for the security of the Line of Control with Pakistan in difficult conditions.
