ATS will investigate the Phulwari Sharif Terror Module case. Investigation of both the cases related to Phulwari Sharif Terror Module now handed over to ATS.

In the last 10 days, two separate cases of connections with terrorist organizations of anti-national and Islamic countries came to light from Phulwari Sharif in Patna.

Now both these cases have been handed over to Bihar ATS. Now the ATS will interrogate the arrested suspects in both cases on remand. On Thursday, the Bihar Police Headquarters put its stamp on this.

Let us tell you that the case of Popular Front of India (PFI) came in front of Patna Police on 11th July.

An FIR was registered in this case on 12th July, in which Athar Parvez, Mohd. Jalaluddin, Armaan Malik, and Advocate Nuruddin Jangi have been arrested.

Just two days after this, on July 14, Bihar ATS arrested Margub Ahmed Danish alias Tahir, associated with Ghazwa-e-Hind, from Phulwari Sharif itself.

On the statement of ATS, FIR was registered at Phulwari Sharif police station. A Special Investigation Team (SIT) was formed by Patna Police to investigate both cases.

According to Patna SSP Manavjit Singh Dhillon, the international connection has come to the fore in both cases, for which there is solid evidence.

Therefore, a letter was written on his behalf to get both cases investigated by a professional agency like ATS.

ATS will investigate the Phulwari Sharif Terror Module case: Ghazwa-e-Hind’s member Margub Ahmed Danish alias Tahir was on 48-hour police remand.

After conducting a medical test, he was produced in court on Thursday evening and from there he was sent to jail.

According to SSP Patna, the evidence found so far has been confirmed during the interrogation, which will be presented in court by Patna Police.

On the question asked about Tahir’s connection, the SSP said that his connection is being investigated inside and outside Bihar.

On the other hand, sources are telling us that according to the need, the Central Investigation Agency can also take Tahir on remand again for questioning.
