Recently, he posted posts on Jammu and Kashmir and Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) on Facebook.

Siddaramaiah said about the controversy about going to the temple after eating meat – Did God say come to the temple after eating only vegetarian food?

Former Karnataka Chief Minister and senior Congress leader Siddaramaiah have vehemently denied the allegation of going to the temple after consuming meat.

He made it clear that he did not go to the temple after eating meat. Although she is a non-vegetarian, she had only vegetarian food that day.

At the same time, he accused the BJP of doing such things to divert the public from the real issues.

In fact, Siddaramaiah had recently visited a temple during his visit to the Kodagu district.

BJP leaders said that Siddaramaiah went to the temple after eating non-vegetarian food, which has hurt the religious sentiments of Hindus.

However, Siddaramaiah said that the BJP leaders have no other work, so unnecessary issues are being raised.

BJP leaders are doing such acts to divert the attention of the people from the big problems of the country.

The former Chief Minister said, ‘It is not an issue for me to go to the temple after eating meat.

Many people go to the temple without eating meat, while some people even after having non-vegetarian food go to the temple to see God.

In many places meat is offered to deities. To tell you the truth, the day I went to the Basaveshwara temple in Kodilipet, I didn’t eat meat.’

Earlier, a senior MLA Basanagouda Patil Yatnal had challenged Siddaramaiah- ‘If you (Siddaramaiah) have guts, eat pork and go to the mosque.’

Responding to this challenge and attacks, Siddaramaiah said, ‘Look, I eat only chicken and mutton, no other meat (pork or beef). But I do not oppose those who eat it, because it is their eating habit.’
