CBI gets 5-day custody of Anand Giri, Ada Prasad Tiwari, and Sandeep Tiwari.

The CBI, which is probing the death of Mahant Narendra Giri, president of Akhil Bharatiya Akhara Parishad, has tightened the noose on the accused on the third day of taking over the case.

The CBI, which is proceeding with the investigation on the FIR registered by the Prayagraj police, has got a five-day remand of three accused in this case on Monday.

The CBI, which is probing the suspicious death case of Mahant Narendra Giri in Prayagraj, had sought the remand of the three accused from the CJM court.

All the three accused are lodged in the Central Jail Naini here. On Monday, on the demand of CBI, the hearing of this case was done through video conferencing.

After this hearing, the CBI has got permission to take Anand Giri, the great disciple of Mahant Narendra Giri, Aadya Prasad Tiwari, the priest of Bade Hanuman temple, and Sandeep Tiwari, son of Aadya Prasad, on a five-day remand.

CBI wants to go to every depth of this case. Now after getting the order of the court, CBI can take custody of Anand Giri, Aadhya Prasad Tiwari, and his son Sandeep till tonight or Tuesday morning.

The CBI had sought remand for ten days by the court. Now he will have to complete the interrogation of these three in five days.

Mahant Narendra Giri, in his purported suicide note, had accused all three of blackmailing them and held them responsible for their deaths.

A case has been registered against Anand Giri, Aadya Prasad Tiwari, and his son Sandeep Tiwari for abetting the suicide of Mahant Narendra Giri.

CBI gets 5-day custody of Anand Giri: Now CBI will take Anand Giri to Haridwar and will interrogate him.

On behalf of CBI, Prosecution Officer Ankit Tomar had applied for ten days remand of the three accused in the court of remand magistrate Narendra Kumar on Sunday.

In which it was said that in the suspicious death case of Mahant Narendra Giri, it is necessary to interrogate his disciple Anand Giri, temple priest Ada Tiwari and his son Sandeep, who are in jail and collect evidence.

After getting the remand of five days, now the CBI will speed up the work of interrogation and collection of evidence. A team from Prayagraj will take the accused to Haridwar.

Expert matching the signature of a suicide note.

The CBI has also seized the suicide note, which is being told of Mahant Narendra Giri. Many questions were also being raised about the suicide note written on the letter pad of the monastery.

Now the CBI team is getting Mahant’s signature matched through the writing expert. If there is any discrepancy in the signature, it will proceed on the basis of that.

Along with this, those words are also being matched, which have been mentioned more than once.

In order to find out the reality of the suicide note, along with the writing expert, the help of technology is also being taken.
