However, now Kellogg has decided to form a separate company for its different business.

The work of forming a new company will be completed by next year

Kelloggs is the owner of Morningstar Firm, a plant-based food maker firm.

In such a situation, the company said on Tuesday that a new company based on cereals and plant-based food will be formed under the new name, whose work will be completed by the end of next year.

Changes will happen in the headquarters of Kellogg Company.

As new companies are formed, the Kelloggs Company’s corporate headquarters will be moved from Battle Creek, Michigan to Chicago.

But will continue to have dual headquarters in both the cities for its snacks business. Snacks account for about 80 percent of the company’s total sales.

Kelloggs has three international headquarters in Europe, Latin America, and AMEA, which will be located at their current locations.

The food producer company split in the year 2012

Let us tell you that before this, the work of forming three new companies, General Electric, IBM, and Johnson & Johnson started. But such a division is rarely seen in the field of food producers.

The first such split was seen in 2012 when Kraft split to form Mondelez. However, the names of all three Kellogg’s companies will be known, it has not been disclosed at the moment.
