Zelensky also referred to a recent series of recent explosions in Crimea in his speech.

Russian and Ukrainian nationals caught spying in Albania, three arrested
Albania’s Defense Ministry said late Saturday that two Russians and a Ukrainian have been arrested for alleged spying at a military plant in southern Albania.
The Russian man, identified as 24-year-old MZ, was detained after entering the grounds of the plant in Gramash, 80 kilometers south of the capital Tirana, and taking photographs, the ministry said in a statement.
