Drugs Are Being Sent With Consignments Of Weapons: DGP
Drugs are being sent with consignments of weapons: DGP Dilbag Singh. Funding for terrorism by selling drugs, these drugs are being sent with weapons.
Drugs are being sent with consignments of weapons from across the border.
Funding for terrorism is being done by selling these drugs being shipped with weapons, for the last two years the police and security forces are facing this new challenge and these attempts are being thwarted.
DGP Dilbag Singh of Jammu and Kashmir Police said this in a press conference held at Udhampur Women’s Police Station.
He had come here for the inauguration ceremony of the newly constructed Mahila Police Station.
The DGP said that drones are not the only means of sending weapons from across the border. Weapons are sent from across the border to different parts of Kashmir for trained terrorists.
A lot of conspiracies are happening, but the police and security forces are thwarting them very well and so far many such items have been caught.
There is a long history of such ill-intentioned conspiracies of the enemy country to create unrest in the peaceful area of Jammu and Kashmir.
Even today, Pak is making such conspiracies to keep the dying terrorism alive in some form or the other in Jammu and Kashmir.
In which he keeps trying to send terrorists and weapons, explosives from tunnels, and drones for them. But the police and security forces are doing a great job of thwarting such attempts.
He said that in addition to explosives, IDs, grenades, pistols, a chemical in liquid form has been sent for the first time by Lashkar from Pakistan side by drone.
What is the liquid chemical sent? For what purpose was it sent? And what kind of damage can it cause? It is being analyzed.
It is the endeavor of the police and security forces to give a befitting reply to such nefarious acts and glad that the police and security forces are successfully foiling the conspiracies and it will continue like this in the future.
The DGP said that more weapons are being sent from Pakistan’s side for the purpose of preparing more terrorists.
Last year 182 terrorists were killed, with the number of weapons recovered being more than 300.
With this weapon and explosives reaching the terrorists, the level of violence in the society would increase and an atmosphere of panic would have been created.
Due to a large number of explosives and weapons being seized, Pakistan’s effort is to meet the shortage of weapons, grenades, IEDs, and explosives with the help of drones.
But the intelligence network and physical grid of the police and security forces are working cautiously so that the security forces are thwarting their nefarious designs before the weapons and explosives reach the hands of the terrorists.
