ED summoned former Maharashtra home minister Anil Deshmukh for questioning: 100 crore recovery case.

Former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh has been summoned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) today (Tuesday) for questioning in the 100 Crore Recovery Case.

Let us inform you that a case has been registered against Anil Deshmukh for indulging in corruption while misusing his position.

Soon he can also be caught under money laundering. According to the information received, the Enforcement Directorate is getting evidence about the transaction of a large amount by him.

Huge amount sent to fake companies.

Two associates of Anil Deshmukh have also been arrested in this case. Documents sent to the court for the remand of these associates have revealed that a trust headed by Deshmukh had sent a donation of Rs 4.18 crore through fake companies based in Delhi.

This amount was sent to these companies through hawala. Let us tell you that Deshmukh got this money after collecting it from various orchestra bars in Mumbai.

This recovery was done as per the instructions of Anil Deshmukh, former API of Mumbai Police, Sachin Waze, saying that this money would be sent to ‘Number-1’ (ie Home Minister).

According to Sachin Waze, the list of these bars was given to him by former Home Minister Deshmukh from where the recovery was to be made.

ED got complete information of 11 fake companies.

According to Sachin Waze, between December 2020 and February 2021, about Rs 4.70 crore was collected from various bars and sent to Deshmukh’s assistant Kundan Shinde in two installments.

Through Deshmukh’s son Rishikesh Deshmukh, this amount was sent to 11 fake companies based in Delhi through hawala. The ED has done a thorough investigation about these 11 fake companies.

The investigation has revealed that there is no business of these companies, they are used only for money transactions.
