Four Corona positive passengers found on Air India’s London to Delhi flight. Four passengers traveling on a London-Delhi flight of Air India have been found corona infected.

A top official of the Genestrings Diagnostic Center said on Monday that four passengers traveling on a London-Delhi flight of Air India were found positive in the corona test.

Genstress operates a lab at Delhi Airport to test passengers arriving for COVID-19.

India decided to suspend all flights connecting the UK and India from 23 December to 7 January after Corona’s new strain (variant) appeared in the UK. The restrictions on all aircraft were lifted from 8 January.

The founder of the Genestrings Diagnostic Center, Gauri Aggarwal, said that Air India’s AI162 flight landed at Delhi Airport at 10.30 pm on Sunday.

The trials of all those arriving by plane were completed within three hours and passengers were allowed to leave within 7.5 hours. They also included Corona positive travelers.

He said Air India’s AI162 London-Delhi flight had a total of 186 passengers. Four of them have been found to be corona positive.
