India won the Second Test By 317 Runs Against England: Ind vs Eng 2nd Test Match. Indian team equalized with England, won the second Test by 317 runs.

The host Indian team has equalized with England at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

England won the first match of the four-match Test series at the same ground by 227 runs, while India won the second match by a margin of 317 runs and got the score.

Now the third Test match between the two teams will be played at Motera Stadium in Ahmedabad from 24 February.

In this match, the Indian team won the toss and scored 329 runs batting first, which included Rohit Sharma’s century. England had scored just 134 runs in their first innings.

India had a lead of 195 runs on the basis of the first innings and in this second innings, India scored 286 runs due to Ashwin’s century.

At the same time, the England team, chasing the target of 482, piled on 164 and lost the match by a huge margin of 317 runs.

Akshar Patel brought 8th success to India. He got Joe Root caught by Rahane at the score of 33 runs. In his next over, Patel lobbed out Ollie Stone to give England the 9th blow.

While he became the 9th player to take five wickets in a debut Test match for the country. The last wicket got to Kuldeep Yadav, who stumped Moin Ali for a score of 43 runs.

Talking about this match, Indian team captain Virat Kohli won the toss and chose to bat first. In the first innings, India had scored 161 runs in the first innings of Rohit Sharma and then Ajinkya Rahane’s 67 and Rishabh Pant’s unbeaten 58 runs scored 329 runs.

In response, the England team collapsed for 134 runs. In this way, India got a valuable lead of 195 runs.

In this way, India played ahead, scoring 286 runs in their second innings on the basis of R Ashwin’s century and Virat Kohli’s half-century, and set a target of 482 runs in front of England.

The England team, chasing this huge target, suffered one after the other in the last session of the third day’s play. England has lost the wickets of Rory Burns, Dom Sibley, and Knight Watchman Jack Leach.

England will have to fight a big battle to save the match and bat for around 6 seasons, but the Indian team will have to look for just seven wickets to win.
