According to a media report, BK Goenka, chairman of the Welspun Group, has bought this penthouse, which could be the most expensive apartment ever sold in India.

This 30,000 sq ft penthouse, a triplex, is part of a luxury project on Annie Besant Road in Worli.

The spacious penthouse is positioned on the 63rd, sixty-fourth, and sixty-fifth flooring in Tower B of the skyscraper.

Sources have said in the report that this penthouse is 100 times bigger than the free 300 square feet flat allotted to slum families in Mumbai under the government’s Slum Rehabilitation Scheme.
