The meeting was headed by Syed Salahuddin and was attended by Lashkar, Jaish and Hizbul commanders as well as top ISI officials.

During the meeting, the terrorist organizations sought the help of money and weapons from Pakistan’s intelligence agency to carry out the incidents in the valley.
