Kedarnath Dham: Kedarnath Dham kapat opened with traditional rituals, Rudrabhishek done in the name of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Kedarnath Dham, The doors of Lord Kedarnath have been opened for the next six months with full legislation at 5 am on Monday.Now the worship of God will be done here for the coming six months.

On the occasion of opening of the kapat due to Corona infection, only Rawal of Kedarnath Dham, Chief Priest, Administration and some members of the Devasthanam Board were present.

At present, the government has banned the worship of devotees in the temple. Only the chief priests will perform the daily pujas. The same first puja was performed in the temple in the name of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

At 5 am on Monday morning, the treasures of Lord Kedarnath have been opened for the summer with the rituals of mythological traditions.

Kedar Baba left for the festive Doli Dham on May 14, after resting at the Omkareshwar temple in Ukhimath, Panchgaddiddha for six months of winter.

Reached Dham on 15 May. After resting in the Dham for two days, Kedarnath Bhagwan is enthroned in the temple. Now Kedarbab will be sitting on this for six months to come.

In the morning, the first sealed main kapat of the temple was opened, followed by worship in the sanctum sanctorum.

Rawal Bhimashankar Linga and Chief Priest Bageesh Linga performed the pujas and all the ceremonies to be performed on the occasion of opening of the doors inside the temple, though the doors of the temple have been opened, but the administration has banned the darshan of the common devotees.

Visions will be decided by the government in the future in view of the circumstances. However, during this time, the pujas will be performed in the morning by the chief priest in the temple, in the afternoon, the Lord will be adorned.

A limited number of Devasthanam board and administration-police people were present on the occasion, no devotees were present on the occasion.

Rawal Bhimashankar Linga of Kedarnath, Chief Priest Bagesh Linga, District Magistrate Manuj Goyal, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Devasthanam Board BD Singh , KS Pushpavan etc. were present.

Union minister Nishank also performed pooja in Kedarnath.

Union Education Minister Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank duly offered prayers online along with Vedic chanting on the occasion of the opening of the Kedarnath Dham kaput for the summer.
