1.  350 grams of boneless chicken
¾ cup curd
2.  1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
3.  2 teaspoons lemon juice
4.  1 teaspoon tandoori masala
5.  1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
6.  1 teaspoon cumin powder
7.  1 teaspoon coriander powder
8.  ½ teaspoon turmeric
9.  2 tablespoons oil
10.  Salt to taste
11.  2-3 parathas
12.  1 onion chopped
13.  1 tomato chopped
14.  A handful of coriander leaves

Method of making

  1. First of all, put the boneless chicken pieces in a bowl and mix them with curd and all the dry spices.
  2. Then add a drop of oil and mix well to mix everything well.
  3. Now cover the bowl with a cloth and let the chicken marinate for at least 1 to 2 hours.
  4. For this recipe, we will cook the chicken in the oven. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius and put the marinated chicken on skewers. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until well cooked.
