Manchester City Defeated EPL To Beat Manchester United

Manchester City defeated EPL to beat Manchester United. Manchester City defeated West Brom 5–0 in a late-night match on Tuesday, topping Manchester United in the English Premier League (EPL) to top the points table.

Now the difference of points between the two teams has remained one. However, the scoreline will continue to rise further, as United also have to play their next match.

The most goals for Manchester City were scored by Ilkay Gundogan (6th and 30th minute), João Cancello (20th minute), Riyad Mahrez (45 + 2nd minute), and Rahim Sterling (57th minute).

Kevin De Brun, the team’s key player, was not playing due to injury and despite this, City registered a stunning victory. In other matches, Arsenal beat Southampton 3–1 to place eighth in the table.

Ozil will not return to Germany’s national team

Former English club Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil said on Wednesday that he is ready to play with the Fenbark club team, but will not play for his old national team Germany again.

Ozil was discriminated against and insulted by the German Football Association and the German media in 2018, after which he retired from the national team.

Ozil said he faced racism and disrespect there. He said that I hope the German national team achieves success. But I did not look back after retiring.

With this, he has recently joined Arsenal for the Turkish club Fenbark and has signed with the club for more than three years. He is set to make his debut for Fenbark in the Super League.

Luck saved Jamshedpur from defeat, distributing points from Blasters.

The 73rd match of the seventh season of the Indian Super League (ISL) between Jamshedpur and Kerala Blasters played at the GMC Stadium in Goa on Wednesday ended in a goalless draw.

Jamshedpur was fortunate that despite all the good efforts in the final 15 minutes of the first half, the Blasters could not score against them.

This was the 14th round match between the two teams.

Both played their fifth draw of this season. Both have 15 points in their account but due to better goal difference, the Jamshedpur team is one place above the Blasters in seventh place.

Both teams have played for the second consecutive draw. Both the teams have gone up one place each while Bengaluru FC has gone down one place.

The first half of the match between the two teams, vying to get ahead of each other, ended in a goalless draw but Jamshedpur’s team survived the loss of their luck.
