These companies are easily getting skilled engineers and employees in India as per the requirement. In the last two years, India has also emerged as a reliable nation with rapid economic growth.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman recently told that she had a meeting with Goldman Sachs and the company told that she sees India as a talent pool.

Most of the engineers working in the company are Indian.

Apart from Goldman Sachs, many semiconductor companies along with companies like Brookfield, IBM, and DHL also want to accelerate their operations in India.

On the other hand, due to the change in the situation in China in the last two years, the attitude of foreign companies is increasing rapidly towards India.

According to a report by the EU Chamber of Commerce in China last month, 25 percent of foreign companies operating in China now want to manufacture outside China.

The main reason for this is China’s zero covid policy. According to the report of the Chamber, countries like India, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia can benefit from this.
