Technology giant, Microsoft India is the most ‘attractive employer brand’ in the country.
According to a survey released on Thursday, Mercedes-Benz India ranks second in the list of most attractive employers and Amazon India is in the third position.
According to Randstad Employer Brand Research 2022 (REBR), Microsoft India has scored the highest marks in terms of financial front, reputation, attractive salary, and benefits.
These are the three most important elements for any company to become an attractive brand.
The survey said that in the list of ten most attractive employers for 2022, Hewlett Packard is in fourth place, Infosys in fifth, and Wipro in sixth.
Tata Consultancy Services in seventh, Tata Steel in the eighth, Tata Power Company in ninth, and Samsung at 10th.
The survey is based on the opinions of more than 1,63,000 people across 5,944 companies in 31 countries globally.
Microsoft India is the most attractive employer brand in the country: The opinion of the general public was known in the survey in the age group of 18 to 65 years.
According to the survey, nine out of 10 Indian employees (88 percent) consider training and individual career growth to be the most important.
Vishwanath PS, MD & CEO, Randstad India said, “The concept of employer brand has evolved over the years. It is no longer limited to creating brand identity but making it more meaningful.
The report said that in the last half of last year, 24 percent of employees in India changed their employer, that is, they left one and joined another company.
When the survey was conducted between January and March, one in three employees (37 percent) said they plan to change their employer in the first six months of 2022.
