Tech company Microsoft has made a new offer for its users. The company has launched a security copilot for users. It is an AI-powered cyber security assistant.

This model of Microsoft will use the generative AI model GPT-4 of US-based tech startup company OpenAI.

With the help of this facility, the analyst will be able to analyze the data better. Not only this but in case of any danger, the analyst will also be able to respond immediately.

It is known that the company has already introduced Copilot for the office suite. Copilot for the office suite was launched earlier this month.

Microsoft launched the first generative AI: How will the new AI tool work?

The new feature brought by Microsoft works like other AI-powered tools. This tool will work with a prompt box. The response can be seen in the box along with the questions.

In these responses, information about data breaches and other security issues will be available. Security copilot can be used to get information about security breaches.

To answer this question, the system will analyze the data, only after which the answer to the asked question will be given by presenting a report.

Why security copilot was brought?

Vasu Jakkal, Corporate Vice President, Microsoft Security, talked about the need to bring on Security Copilot.

He added that Security CoPilot is the first and only Generative AI security product, with the help of which the defender will be helped to move forward using AI.

Along with this, it was told that this product will be available to the users through a private preview.

The tool will avoid danger by tracking threat signals.

Giving information about Security Copilot, the company said that it is tracking more than 50 ransomware gangs.

Not only this, this product is able to track more than 250 unique nation-state cybercriminal entities and 65 trillion threat signals daily.

In addition, this technology is effective in blocking 25 million brute-forced password theft attempts every second.
