The order was given revising the Engine Vehicles (High-Security Enrollment Plates) request, 2018. Prior, the government has said that from April 1, 2019, every engine vehicle will be fitted with carefully designed, high-security enlistment plates (HSRP).
This HSRP or third number plate will be fitted within the windshield of each recently fabricated vehicle by the makers. Under the HSRP, a chromium-based multi-dimensional image is applied by hot stepping on the upper left corner of the number plates both at the front and back other than laser-marking of a lasting recognizable proof number with at least 10 digits into the intelligent sheeting on the base left of the enlistment plate.
