New Kashmir: Separatists Engage In Dialogue Process

New Kashmir: separatists who are committing crimes, engage in dialogue process behind the scenes.

The effect of removing Articles 370 and 35A that gave birth to separatism is now clearly visible.

The separatists, who pushed Kashmir into the fire of violence, are now in the process of communicating behind the scenes with the central government.

These people, while requesting forgiveness of their old crimes, are assuring full cooperation in peace, security, and confidence-building in Kashmir.

After the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization Act came into force on August 5, 2019, the activities of all separatist organizations including the Hurriyat in Kashmir have almost ceased.

These organizations now occasionally issue statements to make their presence felt, but the common Kashmiri does not take these statements seriously.

Several prominent separatist leaders are lodged in Tihar Jail in connection with Terror Funding and many others are under arrest.

That is why the separatists are under pressure: now the separatist camp is feeling the changing climate in Jammu and Kashmir.

Various separatist leaders, including the Hurriyat Conference, feel that swift action will now be taken against the cases registered against them in various police stations. They will have to go to jail late in the morning.

Apart from this, the assets he has accumulated during the last three decades will also be investigated. Due to this, these people are under great pressure and are engaged in contact with the Center at various levels to escape.

Discussion of three separatists meeting in New Delhi: Sources associated with the politics of the separatist camp have claimed that three senior separatists have met some senior representatives of the central government in New Delhi.

They also met officials of the Ministry of Home Affairs in Delhi and some prominent BJP leaders. In this meeting, there is talk of a leader playing a key role in the mainstream politics of Kashmir.

It is being said that the leaders who have made contact with the Center have urged them to slow down the investigation of the ongoing cases against them and grant them amnesty for their old activities.

These leaders have assured that if the central government gives an opportunity, they will also support the efforts of the central government in creating an atmosphere of peace, security, and trust in Jammu and Kashmir.

They will not do any activity that promotes separatism or terrorism. The names of these separatists who have contact with the center have not been confirmed immediately, but this meeting has intensified the stir in the political circles of Kashmir.

The Liberal Hurriyat Conference shunned the meeting: The Liberal Hurriyat Conference has also released a statement shaking its hand from this meeting.

It states that Mirwaiz Maulvi Umar Farooq or any of his senior associate Hurriyat leaders have not held any talks or meetings with the central government.

No one has apologized to the Center. According to him, Mirwaiz Maulvi Umar Farooq has been under house arrest in Kashmir since August 5, 2019. He has not been to Delhi.

Why the need to give clarification if not met: Ijaz War, a Kashmir affairs expert said that I do not know whether Hurriyat or any other separatist party leader has any dialogue with the Center, but there is plenty of discussion in Kashmir.

Some people have even claimed to have a video of this meeting with them. Well, if there is no meeting, nobody has gone to Delhi to apologize, then why the Hurriyat Conference needs to be clarified.
