Hidayatullah said that he had joined the Hizbul Mujahideen on 31 July 2019 at the behest of his handler. About seven months later, in February 2020, he moved to Jaish-e-Mohammed.

In August 2020, at the insistence of the Jaish gangster and his handler, he created a terrorist organization called Lashkar-e-Mustafa.

In this, he was asked only to recruit local youths. He told that Jaish had also conspired to carry out a bomb blast like Pulwama in May 2020.

There is enmity between Doval and Azhar for 26 years: The rivalry between Doval and Jaish chief Masood Azhar is not new.

When Azhar was captured in Kashmir in 1994, Ajit Doval questioned him as Joint Director in the Intelligence Bureau.

Then in 1999, when the terrorists hijacked an Air India plane to Kandahar, three people, including Azhar Masood, had to be released for the release of the aircraft and the release of aircraft.
