Police recovered a drone from Poni Chakk village of Jammu, police engaged in an investigation.

The drone has been recovered by the police today from Pony Chakk village adjoining Mamu.

At present, no objectionable material has been found with the drone, but the police are running a search operation in the surrounding areas.

Whether this drone has been used for terrorist activities or not is also being investigated.

According to the information received from the police, this morning a resident of the Poni Chak area informed them that a drone had fallen in his plot.

On receiving the information, the Pony Chak police team reached the spot and took the drone into its possession.

However, after this, the police also conducted a search operation around the area so that it could be found out that with the help of the drone, no object had been dropped.

But after searching for a long time, when nothing was found, the police returned.

The police officer said that they are trying to find out whether the drone was someone’s personal or it was used to raid the area.
