Politics On The Opening Of The Temples In Maharashtra

Politics on the opening of the temples in Maharashtra, BJP should not take credit for opening the temple- Sanjay Raut.

All religious places in Maharashtra will be opened from Monday. Politics has started in the state regarding this matter.

Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut on Sunday said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) should not take credit for opening the temple in Maharashtra.

It was decided by the center to close the shrines amidst the Coronavirus epidemic. Raut said, ‘Lockdown was implemented by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and the decision to close the temples was also taken by him.

Therefore, BJP has no right to take credit in this matter. I think the people of the Prime Minister will have to explain the meaning of victory and defeat.

Raut said this while reacting to a question asked by a reporter.

The reporter questioned that BJP is claiming that the reopening of religious places here is a victory for Hindutva.

Significantly, the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) on Saturday informed that all religious places in Maharashtra will reopen to people from Monday 16 November after being closed for several months due to the Corona epidemic.

Speaking to the media, Maharashtra Cabinet Minister Jayant Patil said, ‘The decision has been taken at the right time. The number of corona patients is small at this time.

The rules will be the same for all religious places. The use of masks, sanitizers will be mandatory. Physical distance rules are also very important.

All religious places in the state were closed from March with the lockdown to control covid-19.

The government has already given permission to open a theater, cinema hall, and multiplex with a capacity of fifty percent.

After this, there has been a lot of politics in the state about the opening of temples in the last few times. Priests also agitated about this.

He says that if everything else can be opened then what is the problem in opening the temple. Livelihood crisis has arisen due to the closure of temples for a long time.
