Property of AIMIM and SP leaders will be attached, and police start preparations: Prayagraj Violence Case.

The properties of local leaders of All India Majlis-e-Muslim (AIMIM) and Samajwadi Party, who were accused of the violence that broke out after Friday prayers in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, will be attached.

Prayagraj Police has started preparations regarding this.

According to the information received, non-bailable warrants are already issued against AIMIM district president Shah Alam, Zeeshan Rahmani, SP councilor Fazal Khan, Ashish Mittal, and Umar Khalid.

These five are named accused in the Prayagraj violence case. Now their properties will also be attached.

According to the information received, the police will now seek permission in the court to issue a notice to initiate the process of attachment under Section 82 of CrPC.

Property of AIMIM and SP leaders will be attached: After one month from the date of issue of this notice, the attachment action will be taken under section 83.

Let us inform you that in connection with the riots in Prayagraj, the police have registered two cases at the Kareli police station and one at the Khuldabad police station.

In these cases, more than 80 people were named and more than 5000 unknown people were booked. At the same time, in this regard, the police have arrested more than 100 people and sent them to jail.

Prayagraj Violence: Javed Mohammad’s wife filed a petition in Allahabad High Court, seeking compensation for a new house.

The case of demolition of the house of Javed Mohammad alias Javed Pump, the main accused of violence and nuisance after Friday prayers in Prayagraj, UP, has reached the Allahabad High Court.

Parveen Fatima, the wife of Javed Pump, filed a petition in the High Court demanding compensation, alleging that her house was illegally demolished.

In her petition, Fatima has demanded action against the officials who illegally operate bulldozers on the house and compensation for the construction of a new house, and to provide government accommodation to stay till the house is rebuilt.

Parveen Fatima has also appealed to the High Court to hear the matter on the basis of urgency in the summer holidays, considering it an urgent matter.

Fatima has said in her petition that the house which was demolished by the bulldozer was not in her husband’s name but in her name, which was received as a gift from her father.

She told that only the name of the petitioner (Fatima) is recorded in the papers of this house in the municipal and revenue documents.
