Doordarshan has taken up the responsibility of capturing the historical moments of the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha program and broadcasting it live to the common people of the country.

According to the information, about 40 cameras will be installed by Doordarshan at various places in Ayodhya including the Ram Temple complex for live coverage of the program, which will be broadcast in state-of-the-art 4K technology.

Apart from the main temple complex, Doordarshan will broadcast live on various channels from Ram Ki Pauri near Saryu Ghat, Jatayu statue at Kuber Tila, and other places.

Information and Broadcasting Ministry Secretary Apoorva Chandra told the media that private channels will also get feeds through Doordarshan.

He said that like G20 when we did 4K transmission, this time also Doordarshan will broadcast it in 4K.

Chandra said that through 4K technology, there is a very clear and good live telecast.

As a result, high-quality picture reaches the audience. Visual quality increases.

The consecration of the Ram temple in Ayodhya will take place on January 22 and will be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other dignitaries.

Over 7,000 guests have been invited by the Ram Mandir Trust, including eminent personalities from various fields and a large number of saints and sages from across the country.

Ahead of the huge celebrations, the Uttar Pradesh government has made all the preparations and the city is being decorated for the big day.

Chandra and the entire DD team who will be here on the day of the consecration ceremony, visited Ayodhya earlier this week to take stock of the preparations for the coverage.

Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra is preparing for the celebrations and workers are rushing to finish the work for the celebrations in the temple premises.

The temple complex will be opened to the public on January 23 and the city of Ayodhya will be fortified on the day of the ceremony.

Hence there is more eagerness among the devotees to watch the live coverage of ‘Pran Pratishtha’ and other programs.
