RDX recovered from the house of former Jathedar of Shri Akal Takht Sahib, NIA raid in Punjab’s Moga.
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Friday morning raided the house of former Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib Jasbir Singh Rode in Rode village of Moga.
During the raid, RDX Tiffen bomb, and pistol, etc. have been recovered from the house. On the spot, the NIA team has taken Jasbir Singh Rode’s boy into custody.
It should be noted that when the NIA raided the house, the former Jathedar was present in the house itself. His health is very bad. Rode village is the ancestral village of Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale.
Jasbir Singh Rode is the nephew of Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale. Jasbir Singh Rode was the Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib when terrorism was at its peak in Punjab.
He has earlier accused the Shri Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee of sidelining the Panthak agenda.
