Russian strikes continue to capture Donetsk, Luhansk provinces, and the city of Kharkiv in eastern Ukraine. Meanwhile, thousands of NATO soldiers have started maneuvers in Poland.

The practicing soldiers have come here from many countries in Eastern Europe. This exercise is considered important due to the Ukraine war.

A total of 100 civilians emerged on Sunday from the Ajovstal steel factory in Maripol, surrounded by Russian troops, and have reached the nearby town of Zaporizhia.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has thanked UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres for this.

These people were safely evacuated from the factory on the basis of the consent reached on the initiative of Guterres. Most of those evacuated are women and children.

These people were on the factory premises for the last two months. About 2,000 soldiers and foreign fighters are estimated to be in the factory’s huge complex.

Of these, around 600 are injured. The Russian army is ready to allow them to come out on the condition of surrender.
