Security personnel wreaking havoc on terrorists in Kashmir Valley, 28 encounters-41 terrorists killed in 90 days.

Continuing its campaign to eradicate terror, the security forces have killed 41 terrorists in the first three months (90 days) of the current year.

A maximum of 21 terrorists have been killed in January. During this, nine security personnel have also received Veergati.

According to an official, there were 28 encounters between security forces and terrorists in the Kashmir Valley during this period.

There were 12 encounters in January and eight each in February and March and after that, it was not possible for the terrorists to escape.

Security forces killed 21 terrorists in January, seven in February, and 13 in March in separate encounters.

Of the 13 terrorists killed on March, 11 were linked to Lashkar and its hit squad The Resistance Front (TRF). Two other terrorists were associated with Jaish-e-Mohammed.

Officials said that four security personnel have been killed in a terrorist attack in March. During this, the terrorists also killed one Panch and two Sarpanches.

Earlier in February, seven terrorists were killed and three security personnel had received Veergati.

Apart from this, a civilian was killed by the terrorists on the suspicion of being an informer of the security forces.

In January, 21 terrorists were killed and one security personnel was sacrificed. Apart from this, a civilian was killed by the terrorists.

March 10: Two local Lashkar terrorists Shahid Ahmed Khan and Fayaz Sheikh were killed in an encounter at Naina Batpora in Pulwama.

On the same day, a foreign terrorist Manzoor alias Haider alias Hamza was killed in an attempt to attack the security forces inside the Hazratbal shrine in Srinagar.

March 12: Four terrorists, including Pakistanis, were killed in three encounters between security forces and terrorists in Pulwama, Handwara, and Ganderbal.

Two Jaish terrorists Kamal Bhai alias Jatt and Aaqib Mushtaq alias Usman Haider were killed in Chewa Kalan, Pulwama. Kamal was a resident of Pakistan.

Lashkar terrorist Suhail Ahmed Ganai and Lashkar terrorist Adil Ahmed Khan were killed in Noonar of Ganderbal in North Kashmir’s Handwara.

March 15: Lashkar terrorist Uvais Raja was gunned down by security forces in Chursu, Avantipore.

March 16: Three Lashkar terrorists Adil Nabi Teli, Shakir Ahmed Tantre, and Yasir Ahmed Wage were killed in Nowgam, Srinagar.

March 30: Two Lashkar terrorists Rais Aham Butt and Hilal Ahmed Rah were killed in Rainawari, Srinagar.
