Shivamogga: Two more terrorists arrested in ISIS conspiracy case, NIA takes action.

The action of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) is going on in the ISIS conspiracy case in Shivamogga, Karnataka.

NIA has arrested two more terrorists in the case. The accused have been identified as Majin Abdul Rehman and Nadeem Ahmed.

Four accused were arrested earlier.

These terrorists were arrested in connection with the conspiracy hatched by the accused to further the terrorist activities of IS in India.

Be informed that four more accused have already been arrested in the case.

A case was registered at Shivamogga rural police station on September 19 last year. On November 4 last year, the NIA registered the case again.

NIA released a statement.

NIA investigation revealed that Majin, a resident of Mangaluru in Dakshina Kannada district of Karnataka, was radicalized and then recruited into the terrorist organization by accused Maj Munir.

Another accused Syed Yasin radicalized Nadeem and recruited him into the IS. Yasin is a resident of Bangalore.

The NIA said in a statement that both were radicalized and recruited to further the terror activities of IS in India.

The NIA said that the accused persons’ attempted acts of sabotage and arson as part of a larger conspiracy to further the activities of IS.

Four people, including MP Lakshadweep Faisal, were sentenced to 10 years in the attempted murder case.

A Lakshadweep court on Wednesday sentenced four people, including MP Lakshadweep Mohd Faizal, to 10 years in prison in an attempted murder case.

The attorneys involved in the case said the Kavaratti District and Session Court handed down this sentence in the attempted murder case registered against him in 2009.

Along with that, the District and Session Courts also fined the case. Rs 1 lakh each. among the four convicts including the congressman.

The case took place during the 2009 Lok Sabha election.

Lawyers say, Padnath Saleh, son-in-law of former Union minister Prime Minister Sayeed, was assaulted by MP Mohd Faizal and others when they came to his neighborhood to interfere in a political issue in the 2009 elections in Lok Sabha.

MP Faizal will challenge the order in the Supreme Court. Speaking to a news agency, MP Mohammad Faizal called the incident politically motivated.

MP Mohd Faizal said it was a politically motivated case and he would soon oppose the order by filing an appeal with the Supreme Court.
