According to the information, the people of Metapal and Pusnar village were called by the Naxalites in the Hiroli area under Bailadila hill on Friday morning. Naxalites picked up about 20 people from the public court. It also included Launcha and her son Sannu Poonam. The armed Naxalites had covered everyone’s face with clothes and tied their hands behind their back.

Naxalites left their father, Launcha, after Sannu Poonem strangled her to death. There are still traces of tying rope on his hand. It is being told that 16 people are still in the possession of the Naxalites. In the Jan Adalat, there are reports of 70 to 80 armed Naxalites, including a dozen young women.

Pusnar and Metapal villages have been in awe since the Naxalite incident. People are not saying anything. The police force from Gangalur arrived in the morning to bring the dead body to Pusnar village, but the villagers refused to give the three bodies. He has been describing the death of the three as normal. The Pusnar road was cut off by the Naxalites at several places. It is facing difficulties in movement.
