Special security arrangements are being made in their offices and colonies to ensure that Kashmiri Hindus feel completely safe in the Valley.
No Kashmiri Hindu will be sent to remote or inaccessible areas. The working Kashmiri Hindu couple will be posted in the same city or town.
There has been a sense of fear and insecurity among displaced-non-displaced Kashmiri Hindus who got jobs under the Prime Minister’s employment package in the valley after the murder of Rahul Bhatt last week.
They have demanded to be transferred to other parts of the country including Jammu till the situation in the plaintiff becomes normal. They have threatened to leave Kashmir if their demands are not met.
The state government has prepared an action plan to instill a sense of security and confidence among Kashmiri Hindus returning under the Prime Minister’s employment package in Kashmir.
A contingent of security forces will always be stationed in various government offices wherever there is Kashmiri Hindu personnel.
In their colonies also, a contingent of central paramilitary forces will take care of the security round the clock. The order of patrolling of security forces in the areas around their colonies is also being increased.
Sources associated with the Home Department said that no one will be able to enter the colonies of Kashmiri Hindus without permission.
If someone comes to meet someone in the colony, then the person concerned will first confirm that. The security will be jointly handled by CRPF, CISF, SSB, and Jammu and Kashmir Police.
The details of the places of posting of Kashmiri Hindu personnel working in various departments have also been submitted.
A security contingent of police or CRPF will be present on the premises in whichever office they are located.
Kashmiri Hindu employees will not be posted in the interior of any district. They will be posted at the district headquarters or in the major city or town of the district concerned.
Kashmiri Hindu couples doing government jobs will be kept in the same district. A safe housing facility is being ensured for all of them.
