Mo. Rizwan Ashraf was born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. His father Mohammad Najeeb Ashraf was a clerk in a shipping company in Saudi Arabia.

Mother Shama Ashraf is a housewife. Rizwan has four brothers and two sisters. He had his early education at Noorul Huda English Medium School in Fatehpur city and Jamia Tul Falah, Azamgarh.

Studied B.Tech in IT from Ghaziabad, Noida College in 2017. Then he came to Prayagraj and got married.

During interrogation, it has been revealed that Rizwan Ashraf is a member of the terrorist organization ISIS.

Like the remaining members of the terrorist module including Shahnawaz Alam, he was in touch with the handler present abroad.

Rizwan had taken oath in ISIS through a Pakistani handler. He came in contact with Shahnawaz Alam and Rizwan at one place and then got involved in a conspiracy to carry out terrorist activities.

Connection with terrorist Zeeshan is being investigated.

Kareli resident terrorist Zeeshan was arrested by the Special Cell and Anti-Terrorism Squad in September 2021. Zeeshan had hidden a cache of weapons in a farmhouse in Naini.

During interrogation, it was revealed that he had come here after taking training in terrorist attacks from the Pakistani Army.

On this basis, the investigating agencies are also investigating Rizwan’s connection with Zeeshan.
