Mother Shama Ashraf is a housewife. Rizwan has four brothers and two sisters. He had his early education at Noorul Huda English Medium School in Fatehpur city and Jamia Tul Falah, Azamgarh.

During interrogation, it has been revealed that Rizwan Ashraf is a member of the terrorist organization ISIS.

Kareli resident terrorist Zeeshan was arrested by the Special Cell and Anti-Terrorism Squad in September 2021. Zeeshan had hidden a cache of weapons in a farmhouse in Naini.
During interrogation, it was revealed that he had come here after taking training in terrorist attacks from the Pakistani Army.
On this basis, the investigating agencies are also investigating Rizwan’s connection with Zeeshan.
