If no current Panch-Sarpanch is found, then he will target any former Panchayat representative.

The investigation of the murders should be handed over to the NIA.

All Jammu and Kashmir Panchayat Conference chairman Anil Sharma said that the investigation into the killings of panchayat representatives since 2011 should be handed over to the NIA.
