Terrorists killed civilian in Srinagar, shoot at ASI in Bijbehara, two incidents within 30 minutes.

In two different areas of Kashmir, terrorists shot dead a civilian and also shot an Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) of police within 30 minutes.

The injured ASI also succumbed to his injuries during treatment at the hospital.

Although no terrorist organization has claimed responsibility for both these attacks, there is a possibility of attacking Lashkar-e-Taiba’s mask organization The Resistance Front (TRF).

According to the information received so far, a civilian was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in Mirjanpora, Nawakadal, a busy area of ​​Srinagar, around 5.30 pm on Wednesday.

The slain civilian Rauf Ahmed Khan was standing outside his house when the terrorists opened fire on him. There was a stampede on hearing the sound of bullets, taking advantage of which the terrorists fled.

Terrorists killed civilian in Srinagar: Rauf was rushed to the hospital, he had already died.

Soon after the attack, police and security forces cordoned off the area and launched a joint search operation, but so far no trace of the attackers has been found.

On the other hand, an Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) of the police was shot by terrorists late in the evening in Bijbehara falling in the Anantnag district of South Kashmir, injuring him seriously.

The injured ASI Mohammad Asraf is a resident of Awantipora. He is reported to have received four bullets. The terrorists fled amidst the chaos after the firing.

After that, the injured ASI was rushed to Bijbehara Upazilas Hospital. Right now information is being received that the ASI also died during treatment.

This has been confirmed by the police. After the attack here too, the police, army, and CRPF personnel have launched a joint search operation.
