Colorful flowers are welcoming tourists in the Valley of Flowers. The Valley of Flowers is the only place in the world, where more than 500 species of flowers bloom naturally. Also, there is a biodiversity treasure in an area of 87.5 square km. The rarest species of wild animals, birds, and animals are found here. Seeing its biodiversity, UNESCO declared it a World Heritage in 2005.

The Valley of Flowers will remain open for tourists till 31 October
Till August, 17277 domestic and foreign tourists have visited the valley. Nanda Devi National Park has earned an income of Rs 34,79,550. Visitors can still visit Valley of Flowers through October 31.
Forest Range Officer Chetna Kandpal said that the World Heritage Valley of Flowers has been bustling with tourists this year. This year, record-breaking domestic and foreign tourists arrived for the Valley of Flowers and 237 foreign and 17277 domestic tourists visited the valley. At the same time, an income of Rs 34,79,550 has been generated.
In 2022, an income of Rs 31,73,400 was generated from 20,830 domestic and foreign tourists, and in 2023, a revenue of Rs 20,88,250 was generated from 13068 domestic and foreign tourists.
