At present, about 270 terrorists are active in the state. Efforts are being made to make permanent peace in the state by bringing other terrorists ready to lay down their arms and kill other terrorists. Efforts are on to completely stop infiltration for this.
A three-pronged strategy is being adopted to make Republic Day a success. In order to attack the enemies of the country in militancy-prone areas, the army and security forces are increasing the level of security to prevent infiltration from Pakistan.
During this period, along with the speeding up of patrolling, special anti-national elements are being closely monitored in towns and villages. The tunnel is found by the Pakistani side on the border at Samba in the Boobian of Hiranagar for infiltration of terrorists with the intention of disturbing the peace.
After this, the Army, Central Reserve Police Force, Border Security Force, and Intelligence Agencies have increased the level of alertness further.
