Following the directions of the Calcutta High Court, the CBI is investigating the case related to the violence.
This case is also included in the 50 cases registered by the central agency so far after the High Court handed over the investigation of murder and serious cases to the CBI in this regard.
Case registered under 14 sections
According to the CBI, a total of 14 sections were registered in this case under serious criminal sections like murder and destruction of evidence.
The case was earlier registered by Kolkata Police. The CBI says that these five did not cooperate in the investigation and fled.
When these people did not appear in spite of many efforts of the CBI, they gave information against these people in the special court of Sealdah.
On the basis of which the court declared all of them as absconders. After this, the CBI has announced a reward of Rs 50-50,000 per person for giving information against these five.
Information about these five can be given on mobile number 9433044837 and landline number 033-23348713 of CBI’s Special Crime Branch, Kolkata.
According to the CBI, action will now be initiated against such fugitive accused in other cases as well.

In this Facebook live, he had alleged that after the election results, TMC goons are continuously bombarding and destroying his house and office.
According to that, the violence started from ward number 30 in the Beliaghata area of Kolkata and all the sabotage took place under the leadership of Trinamool leaders like Paresh Pal and Swapna Samadar.
