After the arrest of Rohan Masih, Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav said that the Punjab Police has arrested the main culprit of the Chandigarh grenade blast case in a joint operation with the central agency. The mastermind of this attack is Rohan Masih, who is a resident of Pashiya police station Ramdas in Amritsar.

With the arrest of Rohan Masih and the identification of other accused, this case has been solved. He said that a 9mm Glock pistol and ammunition were recovered from the possession of the accused. In the preliminary interrogation, Rohan accepted his role in the grenade blast in Chandigarh.
