China Sent Two Satellites In Search Of Gravitational Waves

China sent two satellites in search of gravitational waves. China successfully sent two satellites on Thursday.

These satellites have been launched to search for gravitational waves in well-planned orbits from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in Sichuan Province.

These satellites have been sent on the GECAM mission (Gravitational Wave High Energy Electromagnetic Counterpart All-Sky Monitor Mission). They were launched in the morning via a launch Mar-11 carrier rocket.

The GECAM satellite will be used for monitoring high-energy astronomical events. For example gravitational waves gamma, radio waves, special gamma waves, magnetic waves and neutron stars, black holes, etc.

Earlier, China launched an Earth Observation Satellite on Sunday to keep a close eye on the Earth. This satellite, called Gaofen-14, is capable of taking high-resolution photographs of ground objects in any part of the world.

The satellite was launched by the Long March-3B rocket from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in Sichuan Province, Southwest China.

A top US diplomat has said that religious freedom in Pakistan is violated by the government whereas in India such things are seen only during communal violence.

The diplomats were replying to a question that asked that Pakistan be placed on the list of countries of special concern in violation of religious freedom while India is out of it.

She also said that religiously minority Christian and Hindu women of Pakistan are forced to become brides in China. This is happening because their situation there are not good and religious minorities are discriminated against.

Let us know that US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Monday included eight other countries along with Pakistan and China in the list of worrying countries on charges of violation of religious freedom.
