CRPF Jawan, Police Officer Injured In An Encounter
CRPF jawan, police officer injured in an encounter with Terrorists in Srinagar. Two security powers workforce were injured in an encounter with terrorists in the Nawakadal region here on Tuesday, police said.
A police official said the encounter started after security forces propelled a cordon and search activity in the zone following intelligence inputs about the nearness of terrorists there.
A CRPP jawan and a Jammu and Kashmir Police personal were injured in the terminating by terrorists, police said.
The encounter started around 2 am and there was a break in terminating for around five hours after that. A fresh contact was built up with the terrorists around 8 am, they said.
The authority said portable web and versatile communication administrations, with the exception of on BSNL postpaid, have been snapped in the city as a careful step.

Meanwhile, Pakistan Armed force on Tuesday shelled forward zones along the Line of Control (LoC) in UT’S Rajouri region, drawing counter from the Indian Armed forces, an India army representative said.
This is a second truce infringement by the Pakistan Armed force over the most recent 12 hours along the LoC in Rajouri and Poonch areas.
“At around 0730 hours today, Pakistan Armed force started unjustifiable truce infringement by little arms shooting and mortar shelling along LoC in Sunderbani part”, the representative stated, including the Indian Armed forces fought back befittingly.
The cross-fringe shelling between the different sides was going on when the last reports were gotten, the representative said.
There was no quick report of any setback during the Pakistani shelling.
Pakistan had on Monday night started shooting and shelled mortars along the LoC in the Gulpur area of Poonch.
