Later in a tweet, he said that DK Shivakumar should pay attention to those in the party who are taking away his freedom.
He also questioned Congress about the essence of the ‘Freedom Walk’ to be conducted from Krantiveer Sangoli Rayanna Railway Station to National College Ground on Independence Day.
He tweeted, ‘Now you are going for a walk on Independence Day. Can you tell me a little about who has freedom? Will you give an answer to the anti-independence acts done by Congress till now?
He said ‘Dr. B R Ambedkar was a minister in the first cabinet of the country, which gave us the constitution.
The Congress leader who prevented such a gentleman from coming back to the Parliament and brutally suppressed the voice of the Dalits of India today is the leader of freedom.
Notably, Kumaraswamy, the 18th former Chief Minister of Karnataka, is the son of H D Deve Gowda, the former Prime Minister of India.
